Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Shipping charges and delivery taxes are non-refundable.
Return of goods
All items must be returned to us as they were received, therefore: in the original packaging, with the label, and with the receipt of the transaction. They must not have been worn, and damaged items will not be refunded.
Contact us at 514 903-6673 within 30 days of receiving your item to receive your returns number. Then follow these steps:
- On your invoice, indicate the reason for the return.
- Include the invoice in the parcel (write the returns number on the bill).
- Send your parcel to 11 000 Sherbrooke East, Montreal East, local A-21 (while including your address on the upper left corner).
- Once the parcel has been received, allow for 7 working days to receive your refund.
For exchanges and refunds, you will incur the postage costs. We are not responsible for lost parcels, or for those sent to the wrong address. Shipping fees and delivery taxes are not refundable.
Warranty
If the product you have purchased is defective after delivery, we will take care of replacing it or refunding it for you. The legal guarantee of conformity is a warranty which protects you from non-compliant or defective goods on the day of delivery of your product.
Non-compliant or defective goods may be unsuitable for the regular usage expected of such goods. It may also be that the product does not correspond to the description that you have read on the website, or that it does not have the advertised properties. You will not be charged for any costs of replacement, shipping, spare parts or labour for the item.
